Shop Summer Fun Day

Just a few days to go before our SUMMER FUN DAY and DOG SHOW at the village shop.
The fun starts at 12 noon on Saturday 31st August, when the Barbeque in the shop garden will be fired up ready to serve delicious burgers and hot dogs.
There will be Ice Creams, Hot and Cold and Drinks, and Cream Teas with scrumptious clotted cream.
Katie will be “face painting” and our young customers will be able to purchase a “Helium Balloon”, as well as enjoying some “Fun Games”.
In the Surgery Field behind the Shop, at 2pm the Dog Show will commence, with our four legged friends (with owners in tow !) making their way to the field in the hope of impressing the judge!
Last year’s Fun Day was a really enjoyable village event, and we are hoping that this year will be at least as good !
Of course, as with any community celebration, the vital element is YOU!!
